I know that for observable source assets, it's possible to define an asset job that observes them, but is it possible to create a sensor that does the observation?

using a cron-scheduled job to do source asset observations is not very declarative.

Any updates on this? I think that an ergonomic interface for this would be to allow a sensor to yield a `DataVersion` with asset key instead of a `RunRequest`
