Hi all. My trial ended yesterday and my account flipped into read-only mode. My admin team entered our payment info today, but the account is still in read-only mode. My question is if I need to do anything further? Or will this auto-flip back possibly after a daily cycle? Thanks!

@jordan similar question, we are on a trial till 30th April, we put payment to be sure we transition smoothly from trial to a standard subscription. Is there any guide to read on how we can do it properly? Or adding payment is enough?

Hi @Evgeniia Prozorova - adding payment should be sufficient. We only need to manually intervene if the trial completely ends and a you’re on serverless (we run your agent instead of you). I see your org is still active and I see payment info added so you should be good to go 👍
