Is it possible to do this: https://docs.dagster.io/_apidocs/dynamic but on an Asset level? I mean, some kind of Dynamic Asset factory?

not as of yet - it’s something that we’re actively thinking about how to support though. What we do allow is a graph-backed asset powered by a dynamic graph
