My backfill is stuck at this state. The lower assets (non-complete) depend on the upper assets (complete), `TimeWindowPartitionMapping` is involved. All daemons are up and running. No new runs are being queued.

Are you using the latest version of Dagster?

All the assets are daily partitioned, the downstream (problematic) asset is mapped to 2 partitions of upstream 

Also some partitions were materialized (they are scattered along the date range). 

I've launched a new backfill. The old one doesn't have anything in "requested partitions"
