. I upgraded Dagster 1.3.5 and grpcio 1.55.0 and faced the same issue.

makes sense - we're actually pinned on every other python version to avoid that exact issue - it's been a problem for a long time but based on report volume seems like it may have gotten somewhat worse in 1.55.0, maybe that will inspire them to fix it.

I hope so. I'm experimenting to see if pinning it to lower versions such as 1.53.1 would fix the issue. I can update you if this would help.
