Love the "scaffold default config" button and the hover-docs. Would be great for that to auto-populate, with

ops

at the top, if the launchpad would otherwise be empty, or for the button to highlighted in some way. I imagine a brand new user is going to be unlikely to just explore and click those buttons.

We are planning to move to auto-population but wanted to get some “tires kicked” with broader usage before turning that on, because it is a big change. cc: @ben
