Hi guys, wondering what may cause this error ONLY when running dagit locally (debug mode)
```UnicodeError: encoding with 'idna' codec failed (UnicodeError: label empty or too long)```
It works fine if I run it in minikube

dagit logs this error? Or is it in the browser?
