Is there a way to use the conda-build system instead of setuptools when deploying to dagster cloud from github?

Hi Marcel - sorry we don't have conda-build support yet for our build and deploy process. Is this a blocker for you?

Its a nightmare to <https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/arcpy/get-started/arcgis-api-for-python.htm|arcgis python client> with PIP, but I got it working with a github actions hack
