Mastodon and Lemmy 🐭 could be interesting, considering they have a very high percentage of tech users for now.

We did join https://data-folks.masto.host/@dagster, but I will confess it’s been very quiet - are there communities or groups on Mastodon you would recommend?

I'm not a user of Mastodon-like services but rather of Lemmy-like, though they are federated and can talk to each other. Lemmy's data engineering communities are not active for now compared to r/dataengineering, but I will try to contribute to making it more active. The main point for Dagster would be that those new places are populated by motivated pioneer techies.
