Does anyone know if dagster cloud runs the pre/post install scripts when you have fast deploys set to true?

If you are referring to

dagster_cloud_pre_install,sh

and

dagster_cloud_post_install.sh

in the context of serverless deployment with ENABLE_FAST_DEPLOYS, no these are not used as docker image are not used to deploy the code.

not that I see. you could explore building your own base image following the instruction here: https://docs.dagster.io/dagster-cloud/deployment/serverless#using-a-different-base-image-or-using-native-dependencies
