Might be missing something here...have a dagster instance running on ubuntu and can't for the life of me get it to pull in Environment Variables that we've set. We've set them for the account dagster is running under, have tried system wide, have even tried using a .env file but it doesn't seem to read them. Any insight? We're using Python 3.10..

Hi, did you fix your issue ? I had troubles too with EnvVar, i managed to make it work with docker-compose. Did you add the variable in the run_launcher in your dagster.yaml file ?

We found a workaround but didn't get any help here with it.
