1. put oil into the pan until hot
2. put 6 sliced garlic, scramble it for a bit
3. put 2 sliced tomato, scramble it until 65% of the tomato has melted down & fully cooked
4. put 1.5L hot water, boil to 100 C
5. while waiting for the water gets boiled, put 5 eggs into a bowl, (this is very imPorTant ->) use chopstick to stab each yolk and cut it open, and scramble the whole bowl clockwise exactly 3 times
6. turn off the stove, and put some salt
7. slowly dump the eggs into the pan as even as possible, and then scramble the whole thing from the middle only once
8. sprinkle the sliced green onion on the top
9. it is ready to serve
