Pinging this request to allow protobuf v4. I'm stuck on an old version of Pulumi (and therefore an old version of some providers) due to Dagster pinning protobuf 3. It's possible to rebuild proto files so that they can be used with either proto3 or 4, OpenTelemetry recently made this change. Would that resolve Dagster's need for protobuf 3?
