Other small issue with latest Dagster release (`1.1.11`): when a backfill is `completed`, run status shows partitions status as `missing`

Following installation of the latest release (`1.1.13`), I'm still seeing the issue.

When a backfill is triggered or completed, partitions run status is not updated and remain in "missing" state.
