Hi, I am trying to run the dagster instance in a VM and then connect the project to it. Is this possible? When I run the

dagster dev

or

DAGSTER_HOME=/opt/dagster/dagster_home dagit -h 0.0.0.0 -p 3000

(from docs ) it gives me the following error:

Error: No arguments given and no [tool.dagster] block in pyproject.toml found.

What could be the reason?
