Is it possible to use different Agents for different code locations or assets - we have some heavy machine learning models that require more resources than our standard ETL jobs

We don't currently have a way to point specific agents at specific locations, but we do let you vary the resource requirements and limits for specific jobs or assets which may accomplish the same goal?
