Better late than never, Google released an ARM compatible grpcio library, the pain with M1/M2 should be gone 😄 https://github.com/grpc/grpc/pull/31747 I know there was a couple people having problems with the grpcio and protobuf dependencies. Time to upgrade!

I desperately want this to be true - but we're still working with them to resolve an upstream grpc bug that's keeping us and some other libraries pinned back on grpc 1.47.2 https://github.com/grpc/grpc/issues/31885
