Similar to https://dagster.slack.com/archives/C04CW71AGBW/p1675894319440339 I think about an IO manager for DBT which has a hoook post DBT in Warehouse (1) which will copy the data over into DBT in warehouse (2) i.e. on-premise to cloud transparently.
