https://github.com/dagster-io/dagster/issues/6036#issuecomment-1435329553 dagster seems to stil pin grpcio. Is there already a better story available for M1/apple silicion grpcio?

You can follow the ongoing investigation here, one of the last comments mentions wheel backports coming soon (since pinning still seems like the only reasonable thing to do)

Unfortunately no updates yet to my knowledge, but we recognize that dagit not running on M1 is a major pain point. We're hoping to resolve this issue in the near future
