Is there any option to tell Dagster to continue pipeline even if some of OPS in .map with DynamicOutput failed ?

Not currently. If you'd be up for filing an issue with this request on Github, we might be able to get to it at some point

A separate one would be helpful, because that one isn't about dynamic outputs in particular, if I understand correctly
