Received this error when trying to Submit a new Issue in the Github Actions.

gh: Projects cannot have more than 1200 items. To add more, please archive or delete existing items.

thanks for the report! we will look into this @yuhan - maybe we should accelerate getting rid of that project?

this shouldnt affect submitting issues - new issues would still go through and show up in issues/. but yeah will work on that tmrw
