I'm having trouble setting DAGSTER_HOME in windows. Whats the windows equivalent to the bottom command?

DAGSTER_HOME=/opt/dagster/dagster_home dagster-daemon run

I've tried setting DAGSTER_HOME in system environment variables but no luck. Thanks !
