Is it possible to manage Dagster alerts through Pulumi (or Terraform)? I see in the Dagster alert docs that there's mention of setting them via API, but I haven't come up with IaC references.

Hi Mark, there’s no out-of-the-box way to currently configure these through Pulumi/Terraform. You can specify these as YAML as sync on CI/CD though
