Does anyone have comparisons between Fivetran, Airbyte, Skyvia, Meltano they'd be willing to share? We're running into some performance and cost issues with Fivetran, and so I'm considering alternatives. I see Airbyte mentioned the most around here. Current main use case is MySQL => Snowflake.

You could do it within Dagster :)

Grant could you elaborate? I know we could let Dagster handle the scheduling, but Dagster doesn't have features like incremental table syncs and schema management, right?

The way the tutorial is written it would be challenging as I assumed folks would be running Meltano locally. But we are working on better guidance for running native ETL (in particular between databases) in Dagster. No guarantees but we should have something for the October Launch Week.
