Where can I find documentation and best practices on keeping a raw copy of a transactional database tables in parquet files?

What exactly do you mean by “a copy” of the tables? I am presuming what you want is CDC stored in parquet files (ie incrementally capture insertions, updates and deletes)? Or are you wanting to eg do a dump of the full table each day into parquet?
