One general question (feel free to point me to docs): where is the state of `dagit` stored?  Seems like workspaces and runs (from UI) have different persistency.

Seems like I found `--log` and `--log-dir` arguments for logs, but how can I ~load an existing  environment file into the `dagit` UI~?  (or save one created by the UI)

Looks like you found PresetDefinition for loading existing ones - for now you have to manually copy paste out of the dagit ui if you want to save one
