OK I'm working through migrating some stuff to SDAs and I have a couple of assets defined very simply as per: https://docs.dagster.io/concepts/assets/software-defined-assets#a-basic-software-defined-asset and I'd like to attach some metadata so I can track a few basic stats at a glance in dagit but...I can't seem to figure out how to get all the bits required here to hang together
