I'm just very surprised, that I'm getting this in the Ukrainian locale, and can't install dagster by pip from the requirements file in some git repo without the version set? pip just tells me that "No matching distribution found for dagster==1.1.12"

ya it seems to be in an bad state, we’ve filed an issue with pypi https://github.com/pypi/warehouse/issues/12876 likely will be releasing 1.1.13 soon which may help resolve
