It would be great to have the search bar filter by default to searching the asset catalog. As it is, I'll often pull up a job, schedule, partition set, and asset entry for a given asset search. It makes it really hard for the everyday user to find the "home page" of the asset, which is what they probably want to find most of the time in an asset-based world. (Although the inverse is probably true in a non-asset based world.) Also related: it would be nice to have the option to auto-expire metadata / materializations, or manage it somehow. Many of the entries below were from testing / earlier versions and haven't been updated for >90 days. Example:
