There seems to be an issue with the OSS issues Github Actions automation. All the runs in the last week have failed. I'd raise an issue but...yeah. You see the problem!

Hey Matt, thanks for flagging! I’ll look into it. This was set up for our internal triaging purpose. It shouldn’t affect any community-facing GitHub issue activities. So feel free to open an issue if any — we have other real-time listening set up so we’re still on top of monitoring new issues.
