"Materialize selected" doesn't appear activate when multi-selecting assets. Is this expected?

hey @Charlie Bini thanks for reporting this - could you see if there’s a message that appears when you hover over Materialize selected in that screenshot? I think that we may have a message there like this that will narrow this down a bit.
