I find unintuitive to not have a direct way to access the asset definition (the page located under
assets/{{ asset_group }}/{{ asset_name }}
) when I am viewing the asset group lineage, especially since we can access the latest run that materialized the asset right there! What I expect to find everytime I access this page: to be able to click on the asset name and view the asset definition. It saves probably three clicks (since we can access through the
List
tab right there) but it is something that seems so obvious, simple and could be helpful.

Hey @André Augusto, thanks for the feedback. What information within the Asset's definition do you find valuable in this case? Currently, when you click on an asset we show most of the definition page details in the sidebar. There's also a link to the definition page at the top of the sidebar (We could definitely make this more clear and intuitive) – I'm curious if there are specific details you find useful in the asset definition page that aren't available in the sidebar?
